Iron Core Season Planning Coaches Workshop (Associations)
The Iron Core Season Planning Coaches Workshop helps minor hockey associations give their coaches a clear and consistent development structure for the season. Designed for U10–U13 levels, this workshop introduces coaches to a practical framework that connects monthly skill priorities, practice intensity, and development habits into a simple season plan.
During the session, coaches learn how to structure practices around key development themes, reinforce habits over time, and create a consistent environment for player growth. The goal is not to overload coaches with drills or systems, but to provide a clear roadmap they can follow throughout the season. By giving coaches a shared planning framework, associations can support better practices, stronger player development, and a more consistent experience across teams.
Standardizing Excellence Across Your Organization.
The biggest challenge for associations is the "coaching gap"—where one team gets an elite experience and the next team falls behind. This on-site workshop (up to 15 coaches) aligns your staff under one high-standard methodology.
The Blueprint: We walk your coaches through the "Iron Core" pillars of season structure.
Hands-On Planning: Coaches leave the workshop with a drafted season plan, not just a binder of theory.
Consistent Culture: Ensure every player in your U10–U13 program receives the same foundational development, regardless of which coach they drew that year.
